7-Day cabbage Soup diet plan


Cabbage diet soup is known by different name like ‘wonder soup’, ‘miracle soup’ and ‘weight loss soup’. There are several different versions available online. Now a days this cabbage soup has become really popular as a 7-day cabbage soup diet plan.

7-Day Cabbage Soup Diet Recipe
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 head cabbage, chopped
2 (28 ounce) cans chopped tomatoes
2 green bell peppers, chopped
4-5 carrots, chopped
1 bunch green onion or 1 bunch shallots sliced
2 onions, sliced or chopped
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup
1 bunch celery, chopped
1⁄2 cup balsamic vinegar (optional)
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 red pepper flakes
4-5 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon salt

Take a large pot and heat olive oil in it, add bell peppers, celery, carrots , onions and cook until it become tender, stir in garlic paste. Now add chopped cabbage,1 envelope onion soup and two cans of chopped tomatoes along with chicken broth. Reduce the heat on boiling and cook the soup until cabbage is tender .Finally stir red pepper flakes, salt and few shakes of black pepper. You can add small quantity of vinegar to make the soup more delicious.

7-Days Cabbage soup Diet Plan:

You can loss much weight by following this seven day cabbage soup diet plan. You just have to cut bad sugars, starches and calories for very short period of time. You have to drink plenty of pure water and have to eat cabbage soup. Eat soup any time you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want. The more you eat, the more you will lose.


First Day:-

Today is Fruits day
You can start your morning with sugar free tea or juice
First day you can eat all fruits(except banana) along with cabbage soup. Eat as much soup as you can. Drink as much water as you can, as it is necessary to keep the body balance.
Second Day:

Today is Vegetable day.
You can eat all fresh, raw or cooked vegetables along with the cabbage soup. Try to eat leafy vegetables. At dinner time eat a big baked potato with butter.
You should avoid any fruit ,dry beans, peas and corn.
Third Day:

Today is Mix day.
Eat fruits and vegetables you want along with soup.
Don’t eat baked potato.
Fourth Day:
Eat as many bananas as you like, drink many glasses of water and skim milk. Eat soup in much quantity. Today is the day to alleviate your sweet cravings .
Fifth Day:

Today is the Protein day
Eat 6 to 8 tomatoes and protein rich food like Fish, chicken, or beef along with soup. To wash out the uric acid from your body, you need to drink eight or more glasses of water.
Sixth Day :

Today is the Protein and veggies day
You can eat vegetables, beef, aduki beans, fish and chicken. You can eat two or three steaks with vegetables. You can eat roasted veggies. Today you need to eat your soup at least once. Avoid baked potato.
Seventh Day:

Today is juices, fruits and veggies day
Today you will feel lighter. You can have today fruit and veggie smoothies using water, apples, oranges, spinach and grapes .You can eat a plate full of salad along with cabbage diet soup. you can also stuff yourself with roasted veggies and brown rice.


After seven days you will feel much lighter and active. You must eat veggies, fruits and protein rich food in your daily routine. If you want to loss more weight you can start cabbage soup diet plan again after gap of few days.
For better Result you have to avoid Diet sodas, alcohol, bread, pastas, fried food, diet chemicals, Diet drinks carbonated drinks, sweetened juice, artificial sweetener.
For better result, you must drink a lot of water, un -sweetened fruit juices and Tea, Cranberry juice , skimmed milk and black coffee.
