Today is your first day of military diet plan, so start your day with a healthy breakfast. Today you have to eat half grape fruit, One slice of toast (whole wheat is best) with two tablespoon of peanut butter and a cup of Tea or Coffee.

  1. LUNCH DAY ONE

At lunchtime you have to eat One Slice of Toast, half Cup of Tuna and a cup Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)

  1. DINNER DAY ONE:

You will be happy at dinner time as today’s dinner menu is very wide menu (fruits, vegetable, meat and ice cream ).You have to eat One cup of green beans, Three ounces of any type of meat, One small apple, Half banana and one cup of vanilla ice cream.

Hey buddies good morning!

Today you have to start your day with one slice of toast, one cooked egg, half banana.

  1. LUNCH:

Yeahhhhhh! I know it’s a little dry kind of menu, but don’t be panic you will get the reward by losing weight. Today you need to eat five saltine crackers, One cup of cottage cheese, One hardboiled egg.

  1. DINNER:

Here goes a good end of the second day meal by healthy dinner. Eat Half cup of carrots, One cup of broccoli, Half banana, Two hot dogs (without bun) and Half cup of vanilla ice cream.

MILITARY DIET PLAN DAY 3

  1. BREAKFAST

Today is last day of your military diet plan. Start your day with one small apple as “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” One slice of cheddar cheese, five saltine crackers

  1. LUNCH

Light lunch always keep you active and less sleepy .That’s why your third day lunch menu contains One slice of toast, One hard boiled egg or cooked.

  1. DINNER

Be happy today is the last day of your military diet plan. Eat half banana, One cup of tuna, and One cup of vanilla ice cream.
